Rob & Mariel – Wardrobe Stylist
Tonight we decided to stay with the retro theme, but take it in a slightly more go-go direction with a multi colored chevron matching Gucci blouse and skirt and thigh high boots. The color palette is a slight departure from Gwen's signature vibrant shades, but goes to show she can rock any color family, as well as any graphic.

For this evening's look, I drew a lot of inspiration from the stunning Sharon Tate.
The focal point of Sharon’s looks seemed to always revolve around her beautiful big brown eyes, (similar to Gwen in color and shape) leaving the rest of her makeup more natural and using a neutral palette as far as color was concerned. She had radiant tan skin, and was the epitome of the California Golden Girl, and Gwen has that in common as well, except her skin is more on the porcelain end of the spectrum, but with a little more warmth added.
As I mentioned with last night's look, makeup in the 60's was all about the eyes and this style of makeup with the jet black extended line and heavy lashes is much more shape specific, think "geometric" liner and shadow. You'll notice that tonight's eyeliner was applied heavier on the top lashline, and that the ends of the top and bottom liner connected at the ends, and swept back "upwards" to create that "arch" that is finished in the crease of the top lid. You'll see similarities of that infamous top crease "line" with beauties like Twiggy and also Greta Garbo who was someone that really blazed that trend initially in the 1930's.
A softer brow is more suiting to this eye, and also reminiscent of last night, we generously applied lip liner with an extra rich gloss to help add further impact to the look. Finish with a sweep of bronzer or a peachy blusher as a light contour, and don't forget to layer mascara on the top and bottom lashes to really lock it all in! Gwen is a complete makeup muse, she can pull off anything, she's amazing!!!Instagram: @1maryphillips

Tonight’s hair framed her fabulous Gucci print ensemble. The hair was sleek and long with soft height on the top. The end result was femininity framed in sexy blonde locks.
